Top 5 Film & Television Apps on Android in Bolivia Q3 2021

In the third quarter of 2021, the top five Film & Television apps on the Android platform in Bolivia exhibited diverse trends in downloads and revenue, according to data from Sensor Tower.

blimtv: tv, novelas y más saw a notable increase in weekly downloads, peaking at around 23K in mid-August before slightly declining to approximately 20.8K by the end of September. Weekly revenue for the app remained relatively stable, fluctuating between $284 and $404 throughout the quarter.

HBO Max: Stream TV & Movies started strong with over 36K downloads in the last week of June. However, downloads saw a significant drop, falling to about 4.5K by the end of September. Revenue followed a similar trend, starting at $493 and reaching a peak of $3.3K in early July before decreasing to around $872 by the end of the quarter.

Netflix maintained a consistent performance in terms of weekly downloads, ranging from around 8.3K to 10.6K for most of the quarter. The last two weeks of September saw a sharp spike, with downloads reaching approximately 28.8K in the final week.

Disney+ experienced a steady decline in weekly downloads, starting at over 14K in late June and dropping to around 5.7K by the end of September. Despite the drop in downloads, Disney+ saw varied revenue, peaking at nearly $5.1K in early August and ending the quarter with around $2.6K in the last week of September.

ENTEL TV SMART had an interesting performance with a massive spike in downloads in early August, reaching over 44K. However, this surge was short-lived as downloads dropped to below 1K by the end of September.
